I have eaten at this McDonald's several times and having already worked in a fast food restaurant, I think they do an excellent job. They do their best and what's more, if they make you wait it's because your stuff is cooking if you're not happy eating at home?

Positivity Rules

Clean up your weekend staff, I waited 15 minutes for my order and there were no more than 4 people in the restaurant and the little fat curly girl with a tattoo on her elbow is disrespectful to the customer base ! Really unprofessional!

I discovered the reason why I found myself ordering at the drive-thru alone at 12:35 p.m. After paying, I was asked to park in a separate small parking lot. I called out to the employee, pointing out that I was the only customer waiting, and wondering why I had to park there. She did not appreciate my question and informed me that if I did not comply, I would not receive my order. Every time I spoke, she closed the window and opened it as soon as I was silent, to tell me to pull into the parking lot. After three attempts, I was exhausted and asked for a refund. The situation became complicated: she refused to reimburse me, forcing me to go back to the first window to win my case. And guess what? I was always alone in line. With such service and staff showing so little respect, I think it would be better to go to the next McDonald's.

Avoid too long service! 15 minutes with no one to answer you. Only 3 customers in branch and 2 cars at the drive-thru. I counted 10 employees in the kitchen...I left without having been served, thank you Benny on the other side of the street excellent meal, quality price and fast service!
