Shawbridge - Microbrasserie / Usine & Station

Went after P'tit Train du Nord marathon as they were a sponsor so wanted to check them out. Didn't get food or drinks until 25 mins after ordering. Food was ok service was forgettable. Nice shoving match altercation also broke out in the patio/parking lot which killed the atmosphere.

The food is amazing but we we're a group of 16 and it took 1hour and 20 minutes to get our food and the decor is nice and cute but the tables are way to close

J'ai eu une situation très désagréable...j'ai envoyé un courriel avec photo pour leur en faire part et 2 semaines plus tard je n'ai eu aucune nouvelle de leur part.

Very overpriced. Two orders of fish and chips, one soft drink with minimum tip cost $75! The fish pieces were small and the batter was greasy. We won’t bevgoing back!

Good microbrewery/restaurant. They offer a very wide selection of high quality beers they brew, roughly around 20. Good food also. Plenty of on-site parking, a nice bar area, and a large outdoor terrace for summer days. They also have a store where you can buy their brews and food they serve in the restaurant. Restaurant and facilities were clean.

Je n’y retournerai pas! La jeune hôtesse avec les cheveux longs est venue à notre table, nous dire d’un ton très très condescendant vers 6:30 de se dépêcher de manger car on devait quitter pour 7:30, c’est vraiment mais vraiment ordinaire. Ça ne se fait pas. Je comprends qu’il y a des plages horaires à respecter, mais vous devez fournir le service en conséquence. Ça a pris au moins 20 minutes juste recevoir nos bières et un autre 20 minutes pour que la serveuse vienne prendre nos commandes de nourriture. D’autant plus que nos plats étaient très ordinaire. Jarret d’agneau froid et sans goût pour moi. Mon père smoke meat viande extrêmement sèche, et le tout était tiède. La jeune fille condescendante que j’ai mentionné plus haut, est ensuite venue prendre nos assiettes en vitesse, sans nous demander si on avait terminer. Nos factures étaient déjà sur la table même si ma mère était encore entrain d’attendre sa croustade aux pommes !!! L’expérience fut horrible et très décevante le manque de professionnalisme de la jeune fille est flagrant. C’est terminé pour moi .

Disappointed, I don't think I'll go back. The food is not as good as before. Service is average, 2 errors in my meal and beer. Additionally, he asks me to check out after 2 hours even with a reservation. No one has time to finish their drink and they have to leave. Frankly disappointed! I used to love this place so much.

Superb place, the food was good especially the tapas, the only downside was at the main meal the Shawbrigde burger lacked sauce, but the taste was there all the same

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Shawbridge Microbrewery. Although the beer and food are quality, the management of the service leaves much to be desired. Despite a reservation for 5 people, we were clearly informed upon arrival that we only had 2 hours for our meal. Once this time was up, we were asked to leave, without even being able to finish our drinks.

I understand that the establishment may have constraints linked to traffic, but such rigidity completely ruins the experience. The lack of consideration for loyal customers like me is unacceptable. I don't think I'll go back, because the pleasure of sharing a good time with friends should never be rushed in this way.

Very good little brasserie to eat. Excellent at lunchtime with colleagues or in the evening with friends. I love this place

I’m not sure how to describe our experience… once we were seated it took 20-25 mins before anyone came to take our drink and food order. The place was not packed, 3 other tables and they were all eating already so not sure why it took so long for the service.
The 3 tapas we had as appetizers were good. However the fried chicken main was awful. The coleslaw and garden were both warm and the fried chicken was not crispy at all: it’s more chicken strips than fried chicken. It feels like our plates were left too long under the warming light.
