Got the general thai bowl combo, chicken was soggy, paid extra for veggies and got 6 slices of bell peppers and 2 little broccolis for 4$. When at the cash, i had a 10% rebate, although the coupon said purchase a combo and you receive 10% off your meal, he applied the 10% on the extra veggies only. Mentionned it to him in french and didnt seem to understand, so i tried english and still was clueless. This is actually the second time i have bad experience there. Will reconsider before going back there! Note that i paid 26$ for a bowl, tiny spring roll and 7up can ( including the rebate) what a ripoff!

I waited at least 30 minutes for 2 pad thai, there was only one customer before me but it looks like doordash orders are more important than dine in customers
It's discusting- 8$+tax peanut butter dumplings had literally just water and some crumbs of nuts at the bottom but no peanut butter sauce on them. Not to mention they were cold and uncooked! Just unacceptable
I had a 20$ coupon and the staff had no idea how it works even if he did his best to help

What to say
The employee spent 5 minutes trying to apply a discount. Finally I had to stop 3 times, which I was going to pay for after I was very hungry.
He went behind to see if he had 2x spring rolls at the back ordered.
Once paid he takes the plates quickly and goes to the back and makes us wait 5 minutes. He then comes back to get ingredients for the rolls.....
He comes back after 5 minutes to get ingredients for the 2nd rolls
He comes back after another 5 minutes....no spring rolls......
I thought I was on a hidden camera!!!
The gentleman still made honorable mention by apologizing and reimbursing me for the two rolls I never received.
Dsl.... It was heartbreaking to see.

We went to eat there and the employee present was cruelly disorganized, we were made to wait for a long time in front of the cash register while our order was being taken simply because the only employee could not put a 10% discount on it. on our order (student discount, then we ended up giving up) it took forever to receive our meal, we had to start eating without having received our entire order to avoid it being cold. We will never have had the rolls we were missing. I strongly advise against it.

The employees are always in a good mood. The service is fast. The cuisine is much better than at Rosemère in my opinion. The vegetables and meat are fresh. We go there quite regularly. The comments particularly surprise me. ?

Forget discount coupons.I had a second meal at 50% off but they charge you extra for the meat in a general tao (!!!), I thought that chicken was the main ingredient of this dish!The person who accompanied me had the spring roll and free fountain liqueur coupon with the purchase of a meal, the fountain liqueur machine does not work so they charge you extra for a bottled liqueur!!!!!A real joke... better to laugh about it but they won't have me as a customer anymore.

I ordered two Tom Yum meal soups with extra coconut milk with delivery.The coconut milk was expired. Lots of mottons in our soups. I frequently ordered these two soups at this restaurant and it never arrived in this condition.I call the restaurant. I have to speak to 3 people to make myself understood in French (I am asked if I speak English)I explain the situation and ask to send me 2 more soups but WITHOUT coconut milk and to credit me the amount I paid extra.They refuse and insist that it’s normal for mottons it’s because of the meat (I have one of the two vegetable soups?)After several texts to persist with me (because it continued by text because he wanted a photo since the delivery app was buggy) They told me that they will reimburse me for the soups on the delivery app and that they are not sending me any other soupsBasically I lost $8 (tips to the delivery guy) and no dinner.
