Urbaine Pizza (2 Pour 1 Pizzas)

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. We had great customer service. We are visiting from New Brunswick and don't speak French, but that was not an issue. We were unsure what exactly the difference was between the Brooklyn and Québécois toppings, and the guy took time to physically show us the ingredients.

10/10 for taste and service.

Buyer BEWARE- we asked for the 2 for 1 deal. We were told that it was not available? Update your website. We asked for sausage and they put sliced and chopped up hotdogs 🤢 seriously gross 🤮 and disgusting. Also, if you add mushrooms like we did for a large pizza don’t be surprised if you get 5 skinny slices on your whole pizza. Totally 1 whole small mushroom? Worst experience on our visit to Quebec! Oh, and to top it off, the two guys working there were having an argument in the back. Spend wisely everyone NOT here you will be disappointed ☹️

You should train your staff to speak with customers in good way. I came from Mississauga ontario and we were hungry she shouted on us

The pizza was very good, the owner very personable and welcoming! It isn't a fancy place, which is just fine with me. If you're looking for chandeliers and china, better go somewhere else. If you are looking for good pizza, you are in the right place. My wife especially liked their French fries, says they are the best she has ever had! I would go back here again in a heartbeat! Great place!

A wonderful mom and pop environment and one of the best pizzas I've ever had. This is a must try if you're traveling to Quebec city...great job guys

I would not recommend this place at all. The food was clearly not fresh. The service was also terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I was appalled to see the staff not washing their hands before handling food. This is a basic hygiene practice that should be followed in any food establishment.

My husband and I are visiting from Pennsylvania and with 3 kids it’s difficult to find something everyone will enjoy. Of course the kids say pizzas and it was right around the corner from our hotel. Wow we were not disappointed! My daughter got wings and even though they were a little spicy, they were absolutely delicious. The pizzas were cooked to perfection. And I’ve never had Poutin before and it soooo delicious. The customer service was above and beyond. Hopefully if we ever come back to Quebec we will definitely be back to this restaurant!! Merci!!
