Very professional of him. The food was very well prepared with good portions. I took the sea plate. Mmmh! He made us pay the bill before he even finished everything to make sure we wouldn't be delayed for the show. I recommend this place😊

The presentation is beautiful, the cuisine is also interesting because of its creativity. On the other hand, for two people the quantity offered is very clearly insufficient, for one person, yes, why not, but two people certainly not! On this side, we were left wanting more... Seriously, pork cheek (to cite just one example), not even the contents of a forkful of mash? I admit I don't really understand.

I am extremely disappointed to give this review, after more than a dozen visits, this is the first time I have returned a plate. I chose the seafood dish, black cod, shrimp and scallops, in an aniseed cooking juice, tasteless and tasteless, nothing to balance the weak reflux of liquorice, impossible to develop a discourse between the flavors, since they are absent!!!!
I hope the symphony orchestra's performance will be more eloquent, Mozart's Requiem is one of my favorite pieces

My friends had their wedding in Quebec City and were searching for a caterer. I had heard of this restaurant through some other friends and had referred the bride and groom. The quality of the food was impeccable! It was the best food I have ever had at any wedding. The staff were sweet, attentive and sympathetic. The event planners Amélie Rhéaume and Adriana were fantastic and quick on the ball! Thank you for the lovely service! I will absolutely re-recommend.
