I went there around 7:00 p.m. The place is not very clean plus my teenager was cold and the bacon was way overcooked... I go back to the counter the girl who is there is very nice and tells me yes no problem and with the fries which are very cold too. The cook looks at me and looks at his colleague with angry eyes... he redoes my teen + fries but with stuffing I've never seen that... To be served in this way and with this shit NO.

I'm going back...👎

J'ai commander un muffin anglais poulet et cheddar extra bacon! Et il etais dégueulasse la croquette de poulet est dure dure et froid c'est pas mangeable, je oaye un extrs bacon bien cuit le bacon nest pas cuit du tout foule gras.! Chake fois j'y vais.. les déjeuner sont faite tout croche .. je conseil vraiment pas ce a&w la ya toujoirs quelque chose!!!

Bon service nourriture chaude et delicieuse ! Vers 20h30. Javais l'apprehension que la nourriture soit tiede, pas fait sur le coup, comme plusieurs fast food hors des heures d'achalandage.. Au contraire, franchement bon travail. Deux jeunes hommes souriants. Goodjob.

Yesterday, October 31, 2024, me and my little family decided to go and take advantage of the very interesting offer, especially on this Halloween evening, we wanted to do it quickly. We got there, a lot of people laughed saying that we knew how to spread the word. But let's just say that our mood quickly changed when we had to wait 35 minutes to get our daughter's dinner. We wanted to eat there, ultimately we took the child's meal and left. Here I don't want to complain about the employees who, despite a lot of people, manage to respond to customers. Here I deplore the management. There is a big promotion, especially on Halloween night, with additional staff. It's not normal to have 2 employees, one of whom is in the kitchen to respond to customers in the dining room and to customers at the drive-thru. Many families left disappointed. But well done to the 3 employees and a big 0 to the branch boss.

They are doing a promotion for children at Halloween and are not able to put more than 2 staff who are also dragging their feet. A lot of people are leaving due to waiting... really ridiculous....
