ATTN QUEER AND TRANS PEOPLE: this location is not safe for queer and trans people. My partner was followed into the bathroom by staff. We are escalating the situation to A&W Canada. Absolute shame on this location.

Service in the morning is lousy
I saw the guy at the cash register playing in the face, don't go there.

When I order late in the evening the service is very fast and hassle-free but around 4-5 p.m. I wait 20 minutes for my food even though there are only 3 people in the restaurant and they have already been served. The restaurant seems to heavily prioritize online orders over in-person orders.

I ask for A&W spices and I am told that they don't have any and cuts off the conversation while any A&W has them. A&W spices vrm customer service disappointing from the one at the checkout but very good work in the kitchen and very fast

A lot of products are forgotten in this restaurant. I ordered 4 times on different days, and each time something was missing. Orders are not checked before being given to the customer.

A/W has been a delight for a very long time but now these totally the opposite use them are not well trained, they don't realize that they give you poor quality cold fries and soft bread on the burgers etc. etc.

I have just gone to the drive-thru service, the employee who served me stupidly does not say the price of the order and no hello or good appetite or thank you nothing wow great service I will not come back. On the bill it’s sylvan 👍🏻
