When I order late in the evening the service is very fast and hassle-free but around 4-5 p.m. I wait 20 minutes for my food even though there are only 3 people in the restaurant and they have already been served. The restaurant seems to heavily prioritize online orders over in-person orders.

I ask for A&W spices and I am told that they don't have any and cuts off the conversation while any A&W has them. A&W spices vrm customer service disappointing from the one at the checkout but very good work in the kitchen and very fast

We go to this restaurant regularly with our children. Today we go to the counter to order at 7:10 p.m. We asked for two children's menus and were told that after 7 p.m. they no longer had any. I didn't enjoy my visit to this restaurant at all. The tables, the benches, the floor are all dirty.
