My meal was cold, flat soft drink and French onion dry and almost burnt...I wish I had posted a photo...Very bad service, the employee doesn't have a good attitude, she was as stupid as her feet, spoke to me sharply and abruptly.... the general atmosphere is like that there.... no one is smiling.... customer service has become very average in Quebec and it's very sad

Whistle Dog promotion for $1, the staff mentions that the promotion ended... on September 14, yet it is supposed to be from September 9 to 15. They add that they no longer have sausage... could this restaurant ever have service like that.

Second time they refused to serve us 15-20 minutes before they are closed. I wanted just one drink. Here were no line, no people was waiting for orders. Please, if you already closed, than change the time in google maps, because some people using gas to come just to this restaurant, while they could go to Mc Donalds or other restaurants, where customers are respected. I am very disappointed and probably never come back to this one ?

This A&W sucks. The prices are fair but the food is absolutely terrible.
The fries are cold and stale, most of the burgers are overloaded with so much mustard that it ends up only tasting like mustard, pickles and cardboard.
The onion rings are wet and sloppy. Everything either lacks taste or tastes like oil, there's no in between. The fried chicken burgers aren't even crispy. Just bad.
Their soft drinks are diluted beyond belief. At least the staff is friendly enough. Everytime I've been here they're not like happy to serve me but they do their job fine enough. If anything I feel bad for them because it looks like a terrible job. It's such a small cramped mall restaurant that it can't be fun to work there lol
If you're eating at Laurier Quebec go anywhere else.

Worst A&W of my life. I ordered a buddy burger combo with cheese and the burger was empty only a small patty and nothing else plus the color was questionable. I had to eat only the fries. I went back to show it and the cook came out and told me it was normal, that’s how it was! Very poor customer service and very disappointing experience. It discouraged me from doing business with this franchise again. If you like wasting your money and making yourself sick this is the place.

When I arrived, I clearly felt that I was disturbing the lady who was cleaning the cabarets. I asked for poutine and coffee, I was not offered milk or sugar, no napkin in the cabaret, no smile, no thank you. I heard the gentleman complaining in the kitchen... Terrible service. I called customer service and left a message to tell them in detail about my experience but no one called me back...
