I ordered from the drive-thru last night. The young man who answered me was so polite and kind. The food was excellent. It was hot and well made. I love this branch and I will continue to come see you :)

Horrible manager treats his customers like criminals, didn't even let a young mother give her little baby water, because according to him she has to buy the water. They watch as if we were in a prison and can tell you to leave just for the simple fact of coming in, in short, fire him as quickly as possible.

Update ; I returned twice recently to this restaurant given the good comments over the last few months and I must admit that I am pleasantly surprised. A good cleaning of employees has been done, several of the current employees are foreign workers and they do an excellent job! The food is A&W worthy and excellent and the employees are friendly and efficient. Well done to the owner for taking matters into his own hands and thank you for offering us the quality we expect from this fast food restaurant. ! A 5 ⭐️!Very disappointed during my first visit to this new restaurant that I was impatiently waiting for. Ordered from the trio mozza drive-thru, the fries and mozzarella were very cold, the root beer was flat and finally my daughter's wrap had no cheese (and was also cold). First time I've been to such a poor quality AW. As it’s a new restaurant I’m going to give them the chance to get their act together but if it happens again it’s clear that I’ll continue to go to the one on 1st Avenue where it’s always very good!
