The braised potatoes were elastic and had a precise texture.

Simply perfection. Meal was amazing in all respects and the restaurant was beautiful. Server was attentive and warm. The open kitchen allowed us to see the skill of the staff.
Good food, excellent cocktails, however the waitress seemed completely jaded and mentally absent.

I've been to this restaurant a few times enjoyed it very much, however, last night service was slow and entree was subpar

The food was solid but some portions were pretty small. The service left a lot to be desired. I’m sure our server is a great person but she seemed upset to have to serve us. Not a fan of seeing the staff eat while polishing cutlery and walking around the restaurant

I love the concept of the restaurant. The fact that the name is a nod to the former Desjardins bank and that the bank’s stamp is kept. I loved the cocktails personalized by the barmaid and the flavors of the dishes

Loved the food , no complaints
Didn’t like the portion for Hummus though.
Bit overpriced as well
Not many vegetarian options as well FYI
Apart from everything I saw a parent walking in and the server telling him “oh we don’t allow kids here”
Everyone was in shock and dismay
If you don’t let kids in, put a fricking sign outside
It was very rude and insulting.

The maple cider was undrinkably sweet. The bread was burnt. Wouldn't recommend it.

Table d’hôte was nice but I had asked for gluten free coeliac salmon tartine and it came with breads next to the meal and under it! Not satisfactory.
The young man serving was nice but did not explain the menu additions /specials for cocktails etc and at the end he came out with a garbled “off the menu, not on now”etc. I told him it was his job to explain at the start. I also heard him quibble about a coins tip and the traveller was trying to finish her coins before going home. In the end she had to use a card!,
Dietary restrictions: Not gluten free

What beautiful creativity, I really liked the wink! Well worth a little tour if you're in the area visiting.
I give 3-stars as a neutral rating. As I have not tried this establishment but have tried to enter with my kids. Unfortunately, our family got turned away on Dec 26th during lunch time. Just to save time for those with little kids to please avoid this place as Alphonse’s reasoning is that they do not allow children due to bar permit.
