We tried food at many different places in Québec, Unfortunately, most of the places we visited gave us very rude experiences. In several restaurants, we waited more than 10 minutes without even a simple welcome. Food alone doesn’t create a great experience, food gets its true taste from the love and care added to it.
Amir was completely different.❤️
From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. We tried wraps, chicken kafta, and beef kafta. They even offered us free food to try, took time to talk with us, and exchanged information in such a genuine and kind way. That friendly conversation made all the difference.
The food was excellent, fresh, and so yummy, and on top of that, Amir has the best customer service we experienced in Québec. This is how Lebanese food and hospitality should be made with heart.
Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered the mix plate. The rice and potato were cold. The meat and chicken were not tasty. The quantity of meat-chicken was not sufficient compared to the rice.

I visited the restaurant in person. The guy taking our order was fairly indifferent in character, while the cashier was quite friendly. To the credit of the guy taking the order, I received the meal that I asked for (shawarma sandwiches), and he was generous with the amount of toppings.
The food itself was tasty and exceeded my expectations given my experience with many other Canadian shawarma restaurants. The bread was moister and the meat less dry than other such shawarma I've had, so that was commendable. They had a pretty decent selection of proteins as well, which was nice. The shawarma were of a standard size, in my opinion.
The atmosphere seemed like that of a mall food court, which is acceptable. The atmosphere is nothing special, but also nothing worth knocking off points for.
Overall, I'd definitely consider going back if I had a shawarma craving.
