Annie is one of the worst individuals I have ever encountered in any public-facing service. Her attitude should never be allowed anywhere near customer service. I will be filing an official complaint with Planète Courrier. Her lack of respect and her lack of knowledge regarding which documents are acceptable is completely unacceptable. She did not even understand that a PDF is an electronic document and not paper. At exactly 17h00 she closed the computer in front of my face and told me that even if I found the correct document she still would not give me my package. She then proceeded to yell at me to get out of the store. I have never experienced such shameless rudeness. This behaviour is unprofessional and deeply concerning for any business that relies on public trust.

I also have a unique situation because I moved to Quebec two weeks ago. Both my driver’s license and RAMQ card still display my former address. Annie repeatedly asked me for my lease on paper as if this is a document people carry with them. She showed no willingness to consider any reasonable alternative. On top of this, having opening hours from 9 to 17 and being closed on weekends is impractical for a courrier company and makes the experience even more frustrating. I will also be sharing this feedback with Videotron in hopes that they will reconsider using your services in the future.

Worst company service. This 2025 and they still delivery by this stupid way😒 🙄
