Small unplanned stop on our way back to New Brunswick, and we were very pleasantly surprised. Excellent, fast service, very well stocked plates and everything was super good. 10/10 would recommend! ??

Good morning. We had a healthy lunch and I consider that the plates were bare for the price. 1 poached egg, a bagel (no cream cheese), a small piece of pineapple, a small piece of honeydew melon and a small piece of cantaloupe! I'll skip my turn for the other breakfasts.

Wow if you go to visit Quebec you absolutely must go to this restaurant. It's better to book if you want a table, but for us without a reservation it didn't take 20 minutes to get a place for 2 at the counter. Superb atmosphere very friendly waiters and excellent service. And what can we say about the lunch plate at the sugar shack. Wow everything was so delicious and the quantities huge. The best breakfast potatoes I have ever eaten. Just wow wow for this restaurant. I recommend 200%

Wow, loved it, the sugar shack dish, so good and so big, impossible to finish, but I had a hard time stopping, they were all so good, The potatoes, wow. Very fast and friendly service. The typical Quebec sugar shack decor, really beautiful. To come back.
