Food was tasty, and portions were generous, but my complaint is about our waitress, Maelie, had a very rude attitude the moment we spoke English. We saw how she was serving the French speaking tables and she was so nice, but to us?, ha no!. My friend asked for cream and she threw the bowl on our table, my wife got some hairs in her food, and the waitress was trying to avoid us as much as possible, we had to stop her as she was walking away when she just came quickly and said said “you guys are good”, not letting us talk to her and ask for water (we did tap the service cube).

Yummy food, cozy environment, friendly service. No wonder it's always so busy! (So keep in mind you may need to be patient)

The salmon bagel is an absolute joke with tiny pieces of bland salmon and a bagel that is not even toasted (or barely)
I was shocked to see this served. If it were 5 dollars why not but for 22? No way

I have worked in restaurants for 16 years and I have never written a bad review, but this dinner was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in many years.
I had a reservation for a group of 8 at 8:45pm on Saturday. The Carnival parade was still going on when we arrived so the restaurant was pretty quiet. We were sat upstairs and got put in a booth that really only fit 6, but we were fine to squish.
At first, everything was great! We ordered drinks and appetizers for the table. During that time, the parade ended and the restaurant filled up. Our waiter was very busy and we understood that service would be delayed. He took our dinner order as we finished the apps around 9:30pm. After that, he did not come back to the table at all. By 10:30pm, our food still hadn’t come, but every table around us was eating so we asked and our waiter who said it was “coming soon”. At 11:00, food finally came. 3 orders were wrong, fries were cold, my chicken was a frozen patty, and all the tables around us were done eating and leaving.
Our waiter never checked back in with us to ask how everything was or see if we needed anything. We were done eating and waited even longer for the check. Then he said he took 15% off - “that’s all I can do” he said. 😐
Very very disappointing. Ruined our family’s last night in Quebec. We didn’t leave until 11:30pm and we were one of the last people in the restaurant. Do not recommend, unfortunately. I wish we had the same experience as the other great reviews we read.

Seated us even before our reservation. Quick service, delicious food and many options. Portions were just enough to leave full and satisfied. Would absolutely go back to this place again if I was in the neighborhood.

Food was delicious. We arrived 10 mins early for our reservation. When we sat down the serve told us we needed to hurry and order as we need to be out in an hour for another reservation. The entire time, she kept looking the the doorway and checking to see if we could grab our plates and if we were almost ready. It was very intimidating and felt rushed. We were also in the attached part of the restaurant so it was quite cold by the windows.
