both steaks we got were rare . one was to be well done and the other med well. at the end the waiter says were having a problem with the cook .

They served me 6 bones and called it a full rack. My daughter who ordered the kids menu received 6 bones in her rib. When I asked they said it was as heavy as a full rack… which makes no difference to me. It’s sold by the rack not the weight. And this was not large by any definition. Absolute ripoff for $30

Edit: Baton Rouge responded to my review and asked to send information by email. I did and they have not responded.

Very disappointed. The food arrived cold, the fries were extremely oily, and the chicken fingers barely had any chicken in them. Definitely not worth it. 4/10.

7:30 pm on Sunday night. Half empty reataurant - literally. They told us they are full and cannot accomodate us. If I was not there in person hearing it and seeing it - I would not have believed it. Abhorrent. I would give 0 stars if I could.

As a tourist going into quebec city.....we decided as a family to stop to the well known BR. Nicely greeted.... even asked and received English menus...untill the French waitress whom did not know a single word of English to respond politely to the clients (us)....kept on hurrying up and in French only language. She did not know the menu contents nor what we were saying to her. Such a horrible touristic experience to do business to outsiders in French when you see they are non French speaking!!!!
Then the food.....oh boy...BR restaurants we been in all over the place...by far this one is bad...horrible from taste to even presentation on the plate down to the contents on each of our plates.
Gave us a bad taste afterwards this place from all this...

Quite disappointed, cold chicken fillets, repulsive breadcrumbs and soft and cold fries. I would have had better chicken fillets at St-Hubert for the same cost. It will be a long time before I go back.

The waitress at the bar is always very efficient and kind.

We stopped here since it was close to the shopping mall. At 3 in the afternoon. It was quite long. It took 1 hour to be served and there was not much people. Over all we still enjoyed ourself and our waitress was really welcoming. Our food was great.
