Much too expensive and much too long for the price and taste. A real disappointment every time, except for a small vanilla or marble cone, otherwise frozen yogurt (plain with some fruit) bitter taste, today I ordered 2 chicken burgers, I had 2 burgers with Beef I think...... ??? frankly disgusting expired taste, it's not worth the detour and my time and my money

Lorsque nous sommes allé s'informer pour savoir si nous n'avions pas été oublié la caissière nous a répondu très bêtement que c'était en train de cuire... je comprends pas ce genre de personne qui visiblement n'aime pas travailler dans le service à la clientèle mais le font quand même...

Comment edited (see end).I'm a regular here. However, today I'm a little disappointed. I ordered a sausage poutine + 2 hot dogs and left a $2.50 tip for a $19.50 bill. I had taken out and when I opened the dish of poutine, I found that we had forgotten the sausages!*** They contacted me to offer me a poutine of the size of my choice with full sausages! I hadn't mentioned it, but the quality of the food is really good. The potatoes are very good, among other things. Great place where I will continue to go.***

We went to have cones at this place on August 27 in the afternoon. The cashier shouted very loudly to the co-workers as she finished the customer's order before us. When the order was paid for, she walked off to her colleagues, again shouting that there was a problem...The problem was sharing a pack of cigarettes between them. A friendly place with attentive, courteous and respectful staff!The dining areas are exterior for customers with access to W.C. (clean) and two (2) double electrical outlets near the area with permanent openwork shelters and bistro tables. At the front we have tables with umbrellas.It's always a pleasure to come and eat at the BarLaitier Velosasis!
