A rainy Wednesday turns into an incredible evening: musicians worthy of the greatest jazz scenes in the world, lots of fun people and great encounters with really interesting people. Just Wow...

This place was super cute, underground, intimate pub, reminding me of an old english pub. The drink were phenomenal and very reasonably priced. If you're looking for good drink and easy on the ear music, this is your place.

Small, intimate garden level club. Great lines of sight so you can see the band without obstruction. Knowledgeable, attentive audience added to the good experience.$10 cover charge the night I was there. Band was four very good, well rehearsed musicians playing contemporary, intense jazz fusion.

Great music. (Edit after 3 nights: EXCELLENT music.) Laid back and cozy atmosphere. Can be uncomfortably crowded at peak times. Reasonably priced drinks.

One of the best preserved and jealously guarded jewels of the American accent. Bob and his incredible team, special mention to the faithful Maxime, offer 5-star service in a warm and family atmosphere. an atmosphere which has preserved the soul of the original place while infusing it with that of the great jazz clubs of the 30s, 40s and 50s.... A jewel, unmissable, whose value is inestimable both for locals and visitors. passing visitors.

Very nice experience. The space is quite cramped, despite the upper floor from where you can follow the artist-musicians without seeing them. No food! No one tells you, but drinks are taken at the counter, which is somewhat normal because servers would have trouble moving around in such a small space. Allow $10 to attend the show, to be paid when you purchase drinks. The beers are decent, especially the Lagunitas IPA. Cocktails on the other hand... It is "obligatory" to bring the tips, because the owner reminds you that this is how it is done in Quebec; even if the only service provided is to have pressed the beer fountain!

A lively spot with live jazz music that transports you back in time—if you can snag a seat. Be sure to arrive early when it opens, as it’s often packed, and the wait for drinks can be a bit long.
