Local hang out. Food was subpar. Fish and chips greasy, poutine was good. I can’t say this is fantastic food. I ended up here because it was near my hotel. Ventured out as there are better spots. Definitely a locals place.

We ordered nachos no olives
They came with olives , they just tools them back picked off what they could find and gave it back to us as a new order

We ate chicken souvlaki there with a salad and it was very delicious. Large portions but we were able to take our leftovers and make another meal at home.

I wanted to order a sex on the beach I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me that there is no more pineapple juice then the margarita but it was not good the steak had a weird taste the bloody cesar ctai just the ice cream the fish was not cooked the cesar salad tasted like ass there was too much sauce the nachos were disgusting
shoot out on the waitress (the blonde) she apologized several times and was very friendly thank you chef you manage 🙏

BARBIES LE BOURGNEUF November 29, 24 11:45 a.m. was a real discovery for me, my wife often goes there with her friends but I only knew about it and if they go back it's because it's good... As soon as I walked through the door, the warm and friendly atmosphere put me at ease. The young girl who received us was most welcoming and after settling in, immediately recommended the best options on the menu. But I knew what I was coming to eat there, it was Fish and Chips and there, each bite was a delight that took me on a journey. It's the best I've eaten in the whole old capital, just the right coating, not hard at all, it held together well, the fish was tasty, hot, just right, the fries were super good, not greasy. small salad perfectly seasoned all accompanied by a good French Heinneiken beer at a more than reasonable price 20 oz for 6 dollars.. In addition, the portions are generous I only ate half and if you want to win the rest they give you the packaging... even the bill is not high, 60 dollars for two is exceptional, so if you are looking for a place to enjoy a good fish and chips, or other menu that is offered to you, "my wife has already tasted everything and it’s super exquisite,” look no further, BARBIES is the unmissable address in the Old Capital

I have never had such a terrible welcome and service in a restaurant. Before entering I was in a good mood. I enter I am the first a couple I am the man at the reception asks me if I am alone I say yes alone with myself, he asks the couple if they have a reservation they say no. So they invite them to pass in front of me for a place, it's going badly (a catch) complicated to find a place for a single guy. He comes and places me, gives me the menu, I take a steak and fries in pepper sauce with salad and a glass of wine, they recommends me to take it rare but the last once I took it like that it was full of tiraiĺle I'm going to take it birn cooked, she tells me it's not the best quality of steak after 15 to 20 minutes the steak and fries arrive no salad which is included in the menu (two takes) I almost have to justify myself to have my salad but the choice of salad is not great at worst give me a coleslaw yes but don't expect the same quality as at St Hubert...well ok give it me a Caesar .too yes but where no or ingredients included missing. In the end ask for the bill ...5 min ...10 minutes I get up I look for the waitress I can't find her comes back to my table she says to me did you want leave without paying (three takes) well there you didn't arrive I was looking for you. Disappointed with my experience if you want excellent service with no no but and an excellent steak I recommend you go to Cochon Dinde there the steak is excellent no tightness and everything what you ordered on the menu is there and when you ask for the bill they don't make you wait and they don't treat you like a guy who wants to leave without paying GO ELSEWHERE. I left in cry
