We showed up a night early for our reservation and fortunately they were able to accommodate us. We sat upstairs at a perfectly lovely table by the window. The server was first rate and very helpful in picking out our meals. He even made his first ever Sazarac for my husband and added his own twist to it. The food was exquisite and the atmosphere calm and peaceful. It would be a shame NOT to make a point to eat here. I hope we get to return someday.
We had an amazing dinner, one of the best ever. Simon was great; extremely hospitable. We went back twice over a four night stay. The chef was the best. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, so inviting in the middle of a Quebec City blizzard. I look forward to a return when we visit again♥️
