Very warm place to study, with beautiful wooden tables. The free internet and the many electrical outlets are a very strong asset. Good quality of products, but there was no filter coffee when I went there and some other products were also missing (smoothies). The price is a little high for a student, but the quality of the products more than makes up for it. The service is excellent, the employee was smiling, welcoming and knew her products very well. The several tables that can accommodate groups are ideal for teamwork.

The best donuts!

Excellent donuts with flavors that are original or very pleasant.
Much better than Tim Hortons and you don't feel like you're biting into a ball of oil. Their smoothies are also very good, I recommend!

Parking: Be careful, the parking lot at the back is a bit... Steep to climb on top, just take it easy so as not to push the bottom of the tank to the ground...

I received a service and a quality product that was far below expectations, so I wrote to the management department to let them know and in exchange they offered me a 15% discount on a donut during my next visit. Which is very little considering what I paid and received the previous time.

Where it gets tricky is when you go to pick up said beige at 15% off. Internet was not working in their branch as usual. So I was only able to show a screenshoot as proof to the clerk, that I had a 15% discount on a donut! We're still not even talking about 75 cents...

The commie accused me of being a fraud, a donut scammer etc. She refused the discount and chased me away with insults after making me pay for my order in full.

I wrote to management again to report this new, very serious situation and they told me that I should have arrived with immediate proof that the network was not working. What I had done. And they told me again to go back for a 15% discount, apologizing. They mention that a situation like that doesn’t deserve freebies and that’s it. Only 15% to apologize for the bad service received the first time but absolutely nothing at all for the verbal aggression experienced when trying to claim this discount……..

I was humiliated and diminished… For a story of just one donut!?!!????

Words are light to describe the situation! It’s ridiculous, for donuts, of course. Such reviews... But I was literally attacked by their commie and management considers this very normal and acceptable.

I do not advise anyone to set foot there, verbal aggression can be a harbinger of more unfortunate situations to come and it would be sad if that happened to a customer. 🍩 🚫
