Very warm place to study, with beautiful wooden tables. The free internet and the many electrical outlets are a very strong asset. Excellent donuts with flavors that are original or very pleasant.
Much better than Tim Hortons and you don't feel like you're biting into a ball of oil. Their smoothies are also very good, I recommend!
Parking: Be careful, the parking lot at the back is a bit... Steep to climb on top, just take it easy so as not to push the bottom of the tank to the ground...
