I have been dining at Bello over the last ten years or so. The food is excellent, as is the staff. It is my favorite restaurant in Quebec City. I have never been disappointed in any meal, as the food is consistently good. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Portions are perfect and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Christmas dinner was divine. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. The service impeccable. The food tasty and hot. We were provided a free glass of champagne and sparkling dessert as we celebrated my husband’s retirement. It was a memorable and lovely holiday experience.

Service: Trately excellent – attentive and friendly staff. This was the highlight.
Food: Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype from food bloggers. My main dish, the FETTUCCINE ALL'ANATRA, was underwhelming and tasted quite bland (though I prefer stronger flavors). The foie gras component, however, was done well.
