Ben & Florentine

Absolutely loved our breakfast at Ben & Florentine! We ordered the Eggs & Omelet, Bacon & Gourmandise, Crispy French Toast, and the Old-Fashioned Ham Croffle — every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The Crispy French Toast was perfectly golden with just the right amount of sweetness, and the Ham Croffle was a delicious twist on a classic. Portion sizes were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to start the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch breakfast or brunch experience!

Service très lent avant d’avoir notre premier café, environ 30 minutes avant d’avoir notre repas une fois commandé. Dès que nous avons terminé nos assiettes la serveuse arrive avec les factures et la machine pour le paiement, même pas de réchaud de café. 5 minutes après le paiement des factures, la serveuse nous demande de quitter pour laisser place à des gens qui ont réservés. Très décevant comme service, je ne recommande pas!!! Le repas était très bon!

We were a group of 5 people, came here for breakfast. Unfortunately, at the beginning waitress were not understanding English, however, after one staff came and translated to her. She was sp friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Atmosphere was fantastic. Large portion, and reasonable prices.

We had a great experience at Ben & Florentine in Quebec City! Even though the place was packed and we had to wait in line, the wait time was reasonable and definitely worth it. A big shoutout to our waiter Chris 🙌 he was absolutely amazing! Despite how busy it was, he stayed friendly, proactive, and attentive the whole time. Whether we needed more bread or a coffee refill, he was right there with a smile. Thanks, Chris, for making our visit even more enjoyable!

There was a lot of people so we had to wait to have a table. 1pm is probably the best moment to come. The service was great and the waiter Christopge was really cute. I recommend at 100%:)!
