Ben & Florentine

The food they served me was a 1.5/5 my eggs were old, looked and tasted like plastic, my avocado toast was tasteless, my fruits especially the bananas were uneatable. But the host was very nice and kept a great smile. I just wished she would have changed my food after asking her for it. She said it’s normal that it looks and tastes like this… one thing for sure, I am not going back there and I doubt that I’ll ever go back to Qc,city.

Not worth waking up early and making a line for unless you like being disappointed early in the day. Cheese curds should not be ice cold in a poutine.

As a tourist visiting quebec city...
Well received and got English menus.....until the waitress ..non speaking a single word in English trying to understand our order and us pointing on the menu what we wanted.
Food quantity in comparison to B&F places we have went.....the plates were poor...empty....
Taste was OK.....
Poor service to accommodate English speaking tourists.
Won't be going back!!!

Although our server wasn't bilingual, she tried to ensure we were cozy and got what we wanted. I don't remember her name, but she was an older lady who was always smiling. I used Google Translate to tell her to keep up the great work.

The food here is excellent, and I will surely visit when I am in the city again.

Service was efficient and quick

Open restaurant so atmosphère is average.

Amazing place, we ordered lox avocado toast, egg Benedicts, oatmeal and fruit bowl, all terrific!

Let me start this review by saying, theres a bit of hostility when you speak english here.

The food was amazing, HOWEVER, after I ate, about 10 minutes later, I had a pretty bad stomach ache and got diarrhea. Seeing how hostile the server was, I kinda feel like they messed with my food. I got the Ben & Florentine poutine.

Service was trash after they found out I spoke english. A little hostile and eyes rolling.

Atmosphere felt like your typical breakfast restaurant with a touch of hostility if you speak english.

My family and I went there on Sunday and we had extraordinary service. Rare are the times I post a review on Google, but our waitress was really something. Wow. She offered us impeccable service with a beautiful big smile from start to finish, she gave good advice to my partner and was very attentive to our children. We need more people like her in restaurants

Bad experience my daughter who had just turned 11 years old not even two weeks did not want to let her have the children's meal..menu for adults only we explained to her that she doesn't eat much they didn't want to do anything so we left to go to another restaurant for lunch and a great experience elsewhere and yes she was able to take a children's menu so well and florentine finish for me

I ordered the gourmet plate. Bacon, potato, sausage, 2 eggs, compote and half a waffle with garnish.

It was good, but not extraordinary.

Unfortunately, the potatoes are a flop with a frozen taste.

The waffle is far from delicious and is sorely lacking in toppings.

The bacon, eggs and sausage were good.

Not perfect, but it's good ?

Its my opinion and its staff that I liked: impeccable and courteous service, generous portions, affordable price.

What I didn't like:
I priced the pan 3 meat
And as I say, his staff paws grocer the sugar sauce. I'm going to go back to eat but I won't take it anymore.
