For take-outs and deliveries I've never had any problems, but when you eat there the service is very bad for the time I was there. the poutine not sauced, the cheese cold and still in blocks. I won't go back to eat there.

Very disappointed with the delivery time. I placed my order online at 6 p.m.: it's 8 p.m. and still nothing received. Despite my calls, I am told he is on his way. I'm less than 10 minutes from the restaurant too. They can clearly indicate on their site that delivery is fast so that we can enjoy our hot chicken. :( I don't think I will order again because I am extremely disappointed

A little disappointed I had a tiny, not very roasted leg missing some skin and few fries... usually there are too many fries but here not enough and what's more the delivery man was lost and called me... I haven't moved yet 3 out of 10 tonight we'll see

For years, no matter which Benny I go to, I am extremely satisfied until this evening, for a rare time I have it delivered to the house, it takes 50 minutes to receive until then for me which I consider normal given that I have ordered at 6:15 a.m., the delivery man is super nice but smelled of alcohol, I left a 15% tip because he deserved it, it cost me $35 with the tip, I ordered a gourmet plate, which normally contains 2 thighs, and the rest, unfortunately I only received one leg, I called the restaurant to say that I was missing one, the waitress asked me if I wanted to have the one I was missing? Obviously I want it, it was my dinner with my boyfriend and the only thing she told me was I'm going to send it to you as quickly as possible, without excuse without compensation and what's more my order was relatively cold, I would have liked a little more consideration and a little stupid compensation whether it's like a coleslaw or whatever, unfortunately from today I will no longer have it delivered to my house.
