Saturday evening October 12. I am with my little family at the traffic light near the Benny Seigneuriale. We are waiting for our light to shoot at Benny. Our light is red, in our mirror we see a big settler with a white Yaris driving like crazy and passing over the red light. The light was already 3 seconds red. I see the vehicle turning OUUUU Well Yes to the Benny! I try to find the vehicle and I realize that it is a delivery man who has just entered the restaurant. When I arrived at the restaurant, I spoke to the cashiers about it when I arrived. They were super understanding and very kind and it seems that this is not the first time that they have had complaints about this delivery man named Stéphane. Benny, if you want advice I would not keep this public danger in your beautiful company.

We were supposed to join 2 friends for dinner, arriving first I ordered a duo for the 2 of us. But due to a misunderstanding my friend arrived 1/2 hour after me. The waitress, realizing when it arrived that her plate must have been cold, offered to replace it. I have never received such good service in a Benny's. Bravo to this young girl for her service. I regret not taking his name

I order a poutine which will be delivered to my house without the cheese. I call the restaurant and tell them that the cheese is missing from my poutine. The cashier tells me that yes, she knows about it. The cheese was forgotten and not added to my order. I tell him ok then return me a poutine or refund it. The cashier tells me that they are in a hurry so they don't have time to send me a poutine. I answer him so refund me or come and bring it to me later, it doesn't bother me. She tells me she won't refund me because we still got sauce and fries. So she can give me a credit on a future order to make up for the missing cheese. I tell him no, it doesn't work like that. She said to me, yes, you had part of your poutine so we won't reimburse you for your poutine in full. I persist with her and she ends up saying ok, we'll send you a poutine. So about 1 hour later, the delivery man comes to deliver the cup of cheese that was supposed to go on the poutine...I call the restaurant to tell them that this doesn't make sense. The same cashier told me: well, you have your poutine in full!!! I'm beside myself. I ask to speak to the manager who refuses to speak to me, saying he doesn't have time.... too busy doing I don't know what or making poutine deliveries in 3 steps: 1st delivery, fries , 2nd delivery 1 hour later, the sauce and 3rd delivery another 1 hour later, the cheese. I ask the cashier if she is tired and if she slept well because I don't believe what is happening there. She asks me to remain polite, I tell her that I will remain polite if she stops laughing at me. I tell him ok that's fine, I'm going to file a complaint at Benny's head office. And an hour later, against all expectations, poutine was delivered to us. We didn't eat it of course for fear that the manager and cashier would have spit in it. It happened Friday August 9, 2024 in the afternoon on Seigneurial in Beauport. I'm waiting for a return call from head office.
