We arrived at the branch (600 Av. Belvédère, Québec, QC G1S 3E5, Canada) around 8:30 PM—well ahead of the posted closing time of 9:00 PM—only to be met with an unwelcoming attitude from the cashier girl, who seemed annoyed by our presence. It felt as though the staff had mentally closed up shop early, despite the official hours.
To make matters worse, our food was ready in just three minutes. While speed is appreciated, what we received was clearly not freshly prepared. The chicken and fries were cold, stale, and tasted like leftovers from earlier in the day. No effort had been made to reheat or serve quality fare.
The experience felt rushed, careless, and frankly, disrespectful to paying customers. Disappointing service like this is unacceptable and left us with a very poor impression.

We were passing through Quebec and kept seeing Benny and Co signs. We gave in and decided to stop here and try it. Benny and Co did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was very clean. The washrooms were big and clean. The food was well priced and the quality was great. The chicken was very tender, moist, and flavorful. I have no idea what is in that sauce/gravy but that is probably the best one I have had at a rotisserie chicken place. Overall we were very happy with our experience. Next time we are in Quebec City we will definitely be back!

This Benny branch is, without a doubt, the best in Quebec. The service is impeccable, the employees are always smiling and attentive. The dining room is impeccable, with a very pleasant subdued atmosphere. I particularly appreciate the comfortable and spacious bench seats. The prices are more than affordable, especially considering the quality of the dishes. Being able to help yourself to unlimited soft drinks is a real plus!
I am offered the atmosphere of a St-Hubert, without the unwanted waiters, at an unbeatable price and with significantly superior taste.
