I find it deplorable to ask for money to drink already at the base in restaurants where the staff are not paid a salary for drinking
The cashier looked at the sky and sighed when she saw that I didn't give a tip and well it might not be related but still a funny coincidence I found chicken rope in my poutine which is very dangerous to choke on
No one is injured, everything is fine but I will think twice before returning to this branch
Maybe if Benny would pay better personally instead of passing the bill on to the customer as a tip this kind of situation wouldn't happen
Already I pay $40 for a thigh meal + a poutine because I'm too tired to eat it would be possible not to find any dangerous object ingested in my food or that's asking too much it's completely ridiculous that the chain exposes itself to prosecution for stupidities like the person who did this voluntarily? Has no place in a restaurant, this person is dangerous

I ordered a Caesar salad and 12 cheese sticks, and I received 6 sticks and the wrong salad!!!! I called to have them correct my order, and THEY MADE ME PAY AGAIN for their mistake!!!! Unacceptable!!
Elodi and her manager are incompetent. I'd go and retrain my employees if the owner fired them!!!

We ordered our meal for delivery around 1 p.m. and received it an hour and a half later. I had to call to find out where our delivery was, and even then, I had to wait 20 minutes on the phone...
When it was delivered, our meals were cold, the club sandwich bread was "soggy" and not at all warm.
The service was pretty ordinary. This was my first order from this restaurant and probably my last.

Yesterday, I was picked up for my order around 7:20 p.m., I live next to the restaurant. Soft, cold fries, probably made during the dinner rush and instead of ending up in the restaurant trash, ended up in my lunch box.
I placed an order online last Saturday. I made it in the afternoon for pickup at 6 p.m. Finally, I arrived there around 5:40 p.m. The employee tells me that the order is not ready since it was scheduled for 6 p.m. I answer that there is obviously no problem because I was the one who arrived in advance.
On the other hand, a customer who arrives 5-10 min. after me places a large order at the counter (he had not ordered in advance) receives his order before me, around 5:55 p.m. I go to the counter to explain that it's not normal for a customer who arrives after me to receive their order before me... The employee replies: "But sir, your order was scheduled for 6 p.m...." I tell him, I understand and it's normal for all the customers who had ordered for pick-up before me (before 6 p.m.) to go before me but not a customer who arrives on site after me...
Anyway, I leave with my order around 6 p.m. The employee made a mistake and forgot half of my order. I only realized this at home... So I had to return there to collect half of my order. The employee was polite but I only got a "I'm really sorry..."

I waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru at 7:45 p.m. no answer.. I go to the window to see no one at the drive-thru.. I talk to the delivery guy who was passing by and he tells me to go around in circles and try again.. I've waited long enough. You have lost 1 customer. Thanks for wasting my time

Really insulting. I ordered online and took the time to call 10 minutes later to ask for something more. Result, 20 minutes of waiting on the phone to tell me that my order had already left (I hope after 20 minutes). I call back to order because the girl doesn't seem there. Result, 1 hour later I still don't have the rest of my order. Very poorly organized
