un petit souper fondu fromage de Charlevoix excellente et ma convive a choisi la soupe du jour et le tartare de truite fumé. le service est plus qu’excellent et le personnel très sympathique le menu varié est superbe, qualité, quantité et très convivial. merci pour une soirée remarquable.
Hier, promenade dans le vieux Québec, nous avons décidé lors de notre escapade s’arrêter manger au Pape George. La carte ne reflétait pas du tout le repas que nous avons mangé. Service extra, mais repas très décevant. Pour débuter avec une mouche dans le verre, ensuite un bloody cesar sans extravagance et sans sel de céleri, pour ensuite prendre le surf and turf qui sera le clou du spectacle.
