Such a high price for this BS quality; I’ll starve but never choose here again.

Quite possibly the worst service I’ve had in my life. My wife and I had to get up and leave. After being sat during breakfast service, we waited over 30 minutes with no luck. Finally we tracked down a server to come to us. She came over with attitude told us we can no longer order breakfast and then refused to allow my wife to order what she wanted from the lunch menu.

After waiting over 30 minutes just to be seated, we then waited an additional 45 minutes to receive a single glass of water. This level of delay is completely unreasonable. When the food finally arrived, the burger was ice cold, having clearly been left sitting on the counter for an extended period of time. To make matters worse, the sauce contained two long hairs, which was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. Regardless of the circumstances, I would strongly advise against dining here, even as a last resort.
Sadly, this is the only bar option around, but it is terrible. Upon entering, we noticed all the tables in the front section were empty but hadn't been cleaned. We waited 30 minutes just for someone to take our order. While our drinks eventually arrived, the food never showed up, even though we stayed for almost an hour. They clearly have enough staff, but they are more interested in socializing with each other than serving customers. To make matters worse, they never even bothered to clear the dirty dishes left by the previous guests.

Food is… I don’t know… it never came.
Nobody at the entrance even though there’s a sign to wait to be seated.
Took an eternity for somebody to take our order at the bar. Food never came. Took 20+ minutes to remove the plates from the previous service next to us at the bar.
It didn’t seem they were understaffed or anything like that.
There’s no other restaurant at the airport so hope the new section opens soon.

Critically understaffed - please help your employees
Got the Inter Burger with a poutine. Solid flavor. The cheese and gravy tasted good. The beef slightly even though was cooked to pink inside. Enjoyed the the burger and poutine overall.
The Cesar salad was another matter. There was not enough sauce and the croutons were stale. Don't recommend that one.

Pretty much 1 of 3 options at the airport so really not much to pick from. Has a good selection of drinks and food and it’s much like bar food. It is a bit pricey but it’s an airport establishment. Post security.

Apsara was a delightful host and mixologist. She always took a moment to check in and chat with us when she had time, as the bar was very busy. Her cocktails and hospitality were stellar. Thank you very much for making our flight wait special!

My poutine came out literally in under 2m.
That's suspiciously fast. It wasn't busy. I get the feeling I paid more than what I actually got in value - and it wasn't even that bad.
Little too salty, but not bad.
