Absolutely terrible service. Restaurant was less than 1/3rd full, and the staff seemed to only care about working the bar area and cleaning tables despite plenty of free seating, ignoring a line of customers waiting to be seated. It's an airport restaurant, where they should understand that travellers need prompt and speedy service, instead we waited almost ten minutes at the front entrance watching the three servers completely ignore us. Would not recommend unless you have hours of free time before your flight.

All good. Service great. Food good. The Caesar salad was tasty and the added chicken was really well cooked. The 4 star because of value. $50 for a chicken Caesar and one beer is out of bounds.

One of my worst experiences. As someone who travels a lot, I have a lot of experience with different cultures and also understand what is expected ay different establishments. The food is terrible for the price, I got the margarita pizza and it was essentially a plain cracker slathered with some sauce. Very disappointing for CAD $23.
Once it came time to pay, it was no better. I signaled to the server that we needed the cheque. She brought one 20min later, instead of first asking if we needed it separated.
After returning with the separated bills, my friend chose not to tip as we are from NZ and saw no reason to tip considering that the service was mediocre at best.
She asked my friend what was wrong with the service when he selected the 0% tip and then kept confronting him. We explained politely that it is unprofessional to look at the tip amount until we paid. She rudely responded that its her salary so she thinks she had the right to look.
Nobody at the table ended up tipping as the mood was ruined by the rudeness.

Great for food, nice atmosphere before the flight. On the other hand, at 4:15 p.m. the waitresses start putting chairs on the tables, banning customers from certain benches at 4:45 p.m., when closing time is 6:15 p.m.-30 p.m.... not very inviting and professional
