Very poor service, we wanted to have a drink at the end of Heart's show and no one came to see us after a half-hour wait. At worst, on show nights, plan for more staff.
We wanted to have a drink after the show..the host mentioned that the bar was full but offered a table near the counter to place the menus....after 20 minutes no one came...an individual came in with his troupe...had their order taken...we got up...the host came to take the order of a couple arriving after us...as a result we left for another establishment....where we ate well, drank and received courteous service. Great evening yesterday at the Blaxton of the Videotron Centre before Jelly Roll!! We planned ahead and arrived early (with a reservation) to take our time. A big thank you to Charles-Philippe for the great service! Fast, efficient and friendly, we lacked nothing! We didn't want to leave! Really a great atmosphere and we will definitely be back! And the fish & chips were delicious! Little tip: reserve early and order before the restaurant fills up so you can relax afterwards. 😁

I went to a show, and the service at the Blaxton Center Videotron was exceptional, especially thanks to Gabrielle. She was attentive to the needs of me and my friends, while being smiling and efficient. I highly recommend this place and advise you to ask for Gabrielle: you will not be disappointed!

I want to believe it's a game night, but there's more than one game a year... is the service this bad every time?
Very bad service, no speed, no compensation. People need to be served before going to the match… it must not be exceptional tonight! If you are not able to provide for the size of the restaurant, open smaller. Never hang out before a game, you will miss the whole game!

Beware of the fraud scheme!! Check your invoices with the price of the plates ordered on the menu before paying! We were a group of 15 people. Each plate price was charged more than $1 to $3 to compare prices on the menu for each bill. A difference between $5 and $15 per invoice! Alcohol prices were OK. The waitress confirmed to us that the prices on the menu were good! (Just in case maybe the menu had changed or the prices increased, but no). They made the corrections at the checkout without speaking, without explanations or apologies as if they were aware of the deception that had just been discovered by chance. Because ultimately, who really compares the price of the menu on their plate seen before eating vs the price charged at the end of the evening? The service was slow, difficult to get a simple glass of water. The food was good, but nothing more and the portions were rather small for the price in this type of restaurant. We were not offered coffee or desserts. I will not return there nor will I recommend, simply for the falsified invoices to inflate the bills to their customers!

Thanks to Charles the best waiter I have seen in my life deserves to get a raise really a good guy I recommend the restaurant to everyone and I wish you to have Charles as a waiter

I can hardly imagine that you would place 4 high chairs for a small round table of about 36 inches and think that 4 people would be comfortable eating on it.
What is even more ridiculous is to make comments with attitude to the customer who organizes himself by sticking another small table to have room to put the plates when the restaurant is EMPTY! Be professional and keep your attitudes for people other than your customers.
If you had been on the mark, you would have calculated that we were a family with children and that the chances of us releasing your mini round tables before your room filled up, you would have said: "take it without problem" with a smile. SO bad! as much the manager, as the manager, as the waitress!
For those who are wondering about parking: when there is an event, organize yourself, because there is none reserved for the restaurant.
