Une bonne variété de pains. Leur baguette est à mes yeux, la meilleure baguette française à Québec. Leur pain bûcheron est aussi excellent. Allez essayer leurs produits
They are closed but did not bother to inform clients!
This bakery is closed till August 6th 2025 for vacation. It is wrongly stated opens on July 31st.
I've been going here for their chocolate croissants and croissants when I visited Quebec City over the past 10 years. Get there early if not you will be disappointed.

If you’re visiting Quebec, be sure to get out of Old Town and visit some of the local bakeries and restaurants, including Boulangerie Artisanale Paul. Small but excellent bakery with the highest quality breads, viennoiserie pastries, and desserts. Their pear and chocolate tart was incredible! The staff are so kind and patient, explaining everything in English if need be. Definitely recommend this spot and will be back to try their other goodies!

Les MEILLEURS croissants 🥐 de toute la ville de Québec sans aucun doutes! Ils sont délectables et délicieux! Et le personnel de la boulangerie est toujours sympathique ❤️
I haven't been but the plain croissants are an essential to have a complete experience of Quebec City. Especially on a Thursday morning.

Great place. Not just the products are great, also the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Visited here on a snowy day, so a coffee and something sweet was the best. Thank you. I hope everyone tries this
