Avec tristesse je me dois de divulguer un évènement incompréhensible de votre part.
Par un soir pluvieux de confinement , alors que les épiceries étant tous fermé, j'avais désespérément d'une simple tasse de farine afin de faire une fournée de biscuits avec ma fille.(je sais j'aurais dû penser à la farine!)

Boulangerie artisanale Epi'Fanny is a charming bakery cafe offering high-quality products made with love. The cafe serves a variety of fresh and tasty goods, including excellent all-dressed croissants, pistachio croissants, and almond croissants. The New York pistachio roll and the New York dolce de leche roll are both pretty delicious, while the matcha latte has a strong matcha flavor. Unlike other shops, this café doesn't add sugar to let customers adjust the sweetness of their drinks to their liking. The selection of pastries is amazing, and the friendly and attentive staff provide excellent service, making it a must-visit spot in Quebec. The sandwiches are amazing, and the baked goods are incredible, especially the framboise croissant with raspberry mousse. However, the cafe has limited seating and gets very busy during the weekend, so visiting during the week is recommended. Some customers noted that the coffee could be hotter, but service remains prompt and friendly. Small place, big delights!
