Very disappointing, the bakery's products are unique in Quebec, I drove 19 km to come from Cap Rouge on Saturday morning, I arrived before opening time and I waited, but when I saw a customer going out with a bag and coffee in hand, I decided to go in only to be reminded by the girl that they are closed until 8am. I made my choice of pastries when I arrived at the checkout, I told the girl that with 6 pastries Quebec income allows you to deduct taxes from the bill, she didn't...
