We all really liked the tiramisu log, even my father-in-law who is a retired French baker and pastry chef really liked it 😜

Visited from Montreal/Gatineau.
Lovely place for a coffee and a sweet. Kouign amann was really good as were the cookies. The cafe latte was fabulous and served hot, which is a nice change for the all-to-common tepid/warm Cafe Latte's I have had from other coffee shops. Staff was very friendly and atmosphere was warm. I recommend paying them a visit!

The pastries are delicious, the use of them is pleasant, I go there often and no complaints

Cute place. Pastry ok. But when an employee leaves you struggling with a bag to put your pastries in without offering help shows us how much importance this place places on customer service...

I'm used to the place. Delicious pastries and sandwiches. On the other hand, the tables are never washed and the service leaves something to be desired. Recommended nonetheless.

A very dangerous place for pastry lovers. Everything I tasted at this pastry shop was literally delicious. During my last visit I let myself be tempted by a special autumn confection with excellent coffee

We tried the sandwiches which were relatively good. On the other hand, the service was totally disinterested and awkward...

I don’t speak French, but the waiter was very patient in helping me place my order. I tried a chocolate éclair, crème brûlée, and a croissant rouge. My favorite was the croissant, as the other desserts were too sweet for me.

The latte is excellent and I accompanied it with an apple turnover. The Royal cake is worth trying. It literally melts in your mouth.

It’s a lovely patisserie with high quality desserts and confections. They are typically quite busy so be prepared to wait in line and wait again if you are ordering hot drinks. I really love the danish and the pear caramel tonka dessert is truly incredible. After going here several times I can say that their service is what is most lacking. I experienced some micro-aggressions by the person helping me because I wasn’t from here and it felt a bit uncomfortable and made me nearly cry after leaving. When I returned with my Québécois partner, we were treated a lot better. I understand it can be frustrating to deal with a constant line of tourists (some of which can be rude,) but to roll your eyes at someone who lives in the area and is trying as best I can to learn and speak French (my third language) is an uncomfortable experience and nearly prevented me from returning, were the pastries not as delicious as they are. I have no issues with exchanges in French at any other businesses in the neighbourhood and wonder why the worker treated me with hostility after learning I lived here. Please be more considerate of your patrons. It would also be helpful to package the patisseries with more care as they were all destroyed when they arrived home and it’s such a shame because they’re really quite beautiful!

I'm sure the pastries are good, but the 'brunch' I ordered with the croque matin (breakfast sandwich) was very disappointing.
