Not able to respond to a request for a celebration cake... it's on the website and when I show up in person I'm told it's not available and barely respond! I went to Beauport and everything is fantastic!!

I live close to the bakery and I come here very often for lunch. The quality of their product deteriorates year after year, not to mention the service of inexperienced people: today I asked for a latte, the gentleman had a problem with his coffee machine and gave me a coffee that didn't work. looks nothing like a latte. Let's talk about the almond chocolatine, a real disaster, very hard and burnt. Seriously, I think it's a shame to sell a croissant like this for more than $4 in a bakery like this. Their croissants in general are very doughy, without visible flakiness, too moist and sticky. This is the last time I set foot here.

We purchased a pre-cooked and refrigerated Provençal quiche to eat at home for $16.95. After more than 45 minutes in the oven, it is still gooey and the eggplants are literally raw. One of my worst ready-to-eat experiences ever.

I go there every Friday. I love their crème brulées and almondines. I discovered cheese croissants recently and oh my god... They're gold! Tasty. Prices are affordable. $6 for a crème brûlée and $4.50 for a croissant. I recommend especially for lunch where the choice of sandwiches and homemade dishes is very varied.

I used to buy pastries when my wife was pregnant as well as chouquettes, I came on 16/10 around 5:20 p.m., the chouquettes were really overcooked, they were very dry + 1 hair stuck to the sugar on the one of them, the chocolate éclair is much smaller than before and half of it was empty, it was clearly not filled enough with the pastry cream.
The only positive point is the waiter who was very kind and professional (I don't
don't know his name but this one was black) he does his job very well.
In short, the quality has dropped significantly in 2 years, from now on I strongly advise you not to go there
