This is the only café in Quebec City that satisfies all my criteria:
- Good espresso (allongé)
- Comfortable seating in spacious environment (virtually no students hoarding the place)
- Amicable service workers (baristas, etc.)

Beautiful roastery that I discovered. The coffee is excellent. I like to see the roastery too. Friendly cafe in an unusual location. I recommend passing by this area on your way to do your shopping.
