I rarely take the time to write comments but having been in customer service myself for almost 35 years, I would never have dared to respond in the cavalier/stupid/even mean way like the cafe employee. I understand that we can be in the “juice” on occasion and that this puts a strain on our nerves, I know something about it but I will NEVER respond to customers in the way in which I have been questioned !!!In short, I believe that the person would benefit from reconsidering their interest in working with the public or taking a vacation.Otherwise, the coffee was good.THANKS
