If you're looking for an address that combines authentic flavors and a relaxed atmosphere, Brynd Smoked Meat is THE spot in Quebec. Their smoked meat is juicy, the homemade mayonnaise is delicious and the coleslaw...wow. Just creamy enough, just vinegary enough. And fried pickles?! Crispy, tasty, a pure joy to share (or not 😉). I go there several times a year and I'm never disappointed! I recommend!! 💯

Smoked meat specialty served with a Caesar salad. Correct, average, taste of smoked meat neither better nor worse than elsewhere. The bread was broken instead of soft, a sign that it was not the freshest, without falling into the past either. We are far from the “best smoked meat ever”. Generous portion.
Caesar salad lacks garlic, anchovies and lemon, salt and pepper, taste very average.
Fast and responsive service is the restaurant’s strong point. Local without soul or personality.
In the end, an average restaurant and food served by a staff who elevates the restaurant higher than its food.
