Very clean, eco-friendly rooms. Staff was very polite and patient with english being our mother tongue and had no trouble translating thing for us when necessary. Parking is a bit difficult with large vehicles. But, otherwise, everything you need for a good stay in Québec.

we had a clean room with 2 double beds and small table area which was adequate for a 3 day stay but the walls are a little thin and we could hear our neighbours both sides. The bathroom is tiny and the expelair was like a plane taking off and didnt improve. Not sure if it was a language barrier or not but found a one receptionist quite brusque in her manner. Breakfast is adequte for 4 dollars but it does say it is complimentary in the hotel room booklet. The pool is nice to use after being out all day if not a little cold. only a few blocks from some good restaraunts

Well located, convenient to Beauport. Room was clean, beds comfortable, shower pressure fine. Original booked room was Business queen inside hotel but very small. Switched to two double bed room which was much larger with a kitchen we didn't use

This motel has a very nice pool and a lovely Jacuzzi (very relaxing after a hard-day sightseeing) – but it was quite unbelievable to return to find that our room service appeared to involved just 1) Making the bed 2) straightening the bath towels and nothing else obviously visible! The waste bin had not been emptied, the coffee sachet (singular) not replenished and the used cups not even washed-up. Cobwebs were still around a light fitting and a broken hanger, left on the bed, was not repaired or replaced, just moved to one side! Through our stays, and 100+ reviews, this was a first and most unexpected. To add insult to injury a notice in the room advises that the staff are caring …. and a tip can be left to show appreciation for their efforts – please see photo. Our room, with a little dining area, was reasonable in size – with a fridge and coffee maker (one sachet – not replenished) but no microwave. There was an open wardrobe and a 3 draw chest with wonky draws. The television was with good reception on many channels (no BBC World). The Wi-Fi (NOW INCLUDED IN ROOM PRICE) was of reasonable speed. The bathroom was s-o t-i-n-y (to be kind); loo was with a loose seat. At check-in the fact that although I had paid in advance I was met with a request for payment, until able to prove otherwise. Then we were given the information that breakfast was charged at CAD4 not the CAD1:99 quoted on my confirmation email! Breakfast itself was available in a quiet and pleasant upstairs area with a pleasant gentleman ‘keeping watch’. There was no hot offering (except for toast!) and only the minimum of usual expectations of a motel’s version of a Continental – having said that, there was a good choice of cereals available. Car parking was tight (ours - 24 - was something like a V shape) with little room for manoeuvre. The proximety of the Auto-route gave rise to some noise and work started early in the morning on some roofwork that the motel was undergoing (early enough to wake us!) It was the minimal and lack of room servicing that reduces my overall 'Average' rating lower.
