Great atmosphere - server was wonderful however the food lacked taste and when we spoke to the manager regarding the tartar we ordered that we couldn’t even eat, he was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive

We are here for the weekend and will not be returning to dine unfortunately

Cornish chicken well cooked, but the presentation of the plate leaves something to be desired, too much salad and vinaigrette in exaggerated proportion

It's a hotel restaurant but it's good. The price is a little expensive but we were very satisfied with the service and taste!

Scam! Really too expensive for so little... No alcohol and no services included (self-service buffet)... We buy ordinary wine at a high price and pay the tip twice since Cabu automatically takes 15% off the bill for the service (which we don't have...). No live music show with two musicians as supposed... Never heard of it... I do not recommend this restaurant and even more so for a Christmas Eve

Great cocktail, great service, lacked surf in the surf… Beef Wellington with Argentinian shrimp (absent). Very good dessert with pairing (Muscat).
Thank you Benoit

Excellent food as part of Table Gourmande Québec 2024. Nonchalant service to say the least. When a waiter asks you to remind him to come and serve the wine when the main meal arrives (because he sometimes forgets) that doesn't bode well. Confusion in choosing dessert. There were only 2 possible options and he was about to make a mistake when we mentioned it to him. Hotel lounge atmosphere not very appropriate for food of this quality.

My wife and I shared the Revelation dessert. The best chocolate dessert we've had. Plus the unveiling event was amazing too.

It. Was. Awful! Food took 90 minutes between ordering and serving. All the meals were tepid. For example, the crispy calamari was mushy; for the shrimp ravioli—pieces of the shrimp tails were embedded. We spoke with manager and he did not respond appropriately. Never to return.

We had a party of 7. They had our table ready when we got there. The food was good but a little frufru for us. We had a Guest with a dairy allergy but there was nothing on the menu she could eat. The rest of us found food we liked and it was tasty. They spoke great English!
