Too expensive for the dishes they offered and ambience was not really for the celebration, there was not table clothing neither Christmas ambience, it was just in the same restaurant we had breakfast everyday with no special thing. I will not recommend it
The Christmas Eve buffet dinner was awesome. The service provided was amazing, the food was superb, and the ambiance with the music provided made it a great evening. Highly recommend for anyone spending Christmas in Quebec!!
We ended up staying in and eating at CABU during our stay at the Hilton Quebec because of the rainy weather and to my surprise the food was AMAZING. Nothing negative to say at all. The quality + taste of the food, service, and ambience was much better than anticipated, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you, we will be back!
