Their iced mocha is probably one of the best in Quebec! I am never disappointed by this place, the drinks are super well thought out and the sandwiches are delicious (without hesitation the best in Quebec). This building is also very comforting, I find it a shame that there aren't more in Quebec and that they don't close later... that said, maybe that's why the quality is still there YOU;)
