The coffee was good, the pistachio croissant was very sweet and gooey, not to my liking and the staff was quite rude. Lovely location and has charging stations for your devices.

Item forgotten in my UberEats order. I called immediately after opening the bag, and was told that the person who placed the order said they put it in the bag. I confirm to her that no by telling her exactly the products received and their location and despite that she is convinced that it is me who is making a mistake (the bags were tightly closed so no it is not the delivery person). From her voice I hear that she doesn’t care and says to me “Dinner time has started, I’m going to have to hang up. " and that's all ! I find this unacceptable! I am an assistant manager at a Tim Hortons and we would never allow ourselves to say that and even hang up like that… very disappointed.

Worst service I have ever had. No one pays attention or respects you here. Avoid ordering, and pay attention to what they give you.(I gave them the benefit of the doubt initially, but after making the same mistake 4 more times, even after speaking to someone, I don’t believe they actually grasp that COLD IS NOT HOT and BACON IS NOT A VEGETABLE.)[edit: they ask me to contact them in their follow-up comment… I’ve already done that multiple times, which is why we’re at the point of warning others. I’m not wasting anymore of my time with this locale.]

I ordered 4 items and all 4 were problematic.- Strawberry Kiwi tropical tea: there was one or more expired ingredients inside. It tasted strongly of mold, I couldn't drink it.- croque matin on croissant with bacon and Swiss cheese: I received ham and not bacon, also received without cheese.- Tomato and pepper cream: I received barley and meatballs.- cheese and carrot cake: I received a dulce delece.Also, the cups of butter were split and placed on the hot soup, so they melted and dripped all over the bag.Worst disappointment and worst order of my life, I will never order there again.

It's not that the atmosphere wasn't good since it was going to close at 3 p.m.... but it's just that my friend and I are not from the area and when we arrived we thought we were going to have a drink quiet at a table and we didn't know it was going to close so we sit down and a few minutes later we are told that we have to leave .. we would still have liked to know when we arrived ..

I moved at 2:30 p.m. for a coffee, I ran into a barred door, but the sign was open, still on! I knock, thinking of a mistake, the manager tells me << dsl we close at 2:45 now >>, I look at my watch, it's 2:35, she refuses my service and tells me to go next door, at his competitors !!!!! Refuses to give his name and refuses to give me the number of the boss, Listen to the great Frenchwoman, if you don't want to work, don't apply as a manager
