“A gem!! Cajun twist on locally sourced ingredients. I had oysters, boudin Cajun sausage duck and pork, sweet potato crème brûlée and a regular guest recommended add-on grilled foi gras, delicious!! Cocktail and wine pairing are brilliant suggestions from the house. As a solo dinner, I had excellent service and a great seat at the bar (I love bar seating). Lively atmosphere small enough for a good vibe. The kitchen is open and the chefs are certainly busy and well choreographed! What a memorable gastronomic experience, merci.“
