Everywhere I travel I look for great third wave coffee. Cantook was exceptional! Came here a couple of times and was not disappointed.

Tasty coffee.

Excellent coffee (and unbelievable prices)! They don't sell food (just some small cookies) so I suggest buying a pastry from the patisserie nearby and sitting outside with your coffee.

Delicious coffee! And I am not even a coffee person. The decaf iced mocha was smooth, perfectly blended, and balanced. Not too sweet or sharp. The cortado was airy and smooth, one of the best I've had in North America (though not as good as in Barcelona). I did not have to add sugar to any drink, which is very rare, because it was so well balanced. Plant milk options. Cute decor, and not too far from the old quarters, in a charming neighborhood right outside the walled portion of the city. The best part of the experience was Rosemary, the barista, who was patient, friendly, and made the drinks perfectly.

Moccacino (mocha latte) was great. Blondie (which was kind of like coffee cake) was delicious too. Cute little benches right outside

Popped in for an espresso. Wow! Amazing flavor and great service. Had to get right back in line and buy a bag of beans. The barista guided me to a roast and bean that would be better for my daily French press than the (delicious) bean they were pulling for espresso shots. Loving the beans at home and will be back for more!

I accidentally stopped by this gem while walking down Rue Saint-Jean. Great cafe with great vibes. Lots of single origin choices. If you’re in town I would recommend you check this place out.

Absolutely perfect. You can choose from a handful of different beans to suit your taste. I had a geisha Chemex pour over and it was one of the most interesting coffees I've ever had, and at a very reasonable price. Very friendly baristas. If I had room in my luggage I'd have definitely bought a bag or two of the geisha beans.

Simply the best coffee I've had in Quebec. The staff are kind and approachable. Lots of great coffee equipment for homebrew as well. Plenty of options for all.
