The good atmosphere, the friendly baristas, the fact of being able to observe the roasting is a plus. Large selection of coffee beans, for all tastes.
I took a Costa Rica Las Lajas, process: Honey, in V60 subtle but pleasant taste with a fruity and sweet side.
I couldn't help but take a look at my neighbor's cafe who was treated to a perfectly executed tulip on his coffee.

I greatly enjoyed sipping my delicious pour over while sitting in the front window of the storefront. I was thankful they have Wi-Fi as I had to get some work done while sitting there. I I have a wide selection of roasts from which to choose. I could not make up my mind. The service was great. So, after a quick discussion with the kind person behind the counter, I selected their Costa Rican. The entire experience was great and it reminded me to enjoy the coffee and the atmosphere.
