I’m surprised they weren’t super busy when we went cause the food was amazing. Chicken was super crunchy and flavourful and they give good portions.

Food was good, especially the fried chicken. What came to a surprise to me was that they don't have hot/spicy source.
Then the service experience was not very good. I paid tip when ordering the food, and chose the middle tier option. After done eating, we left the plates on table. To my surprise, the front-desk person ran all the way out of the store from the front desk and asked us to return the plates from the table to the front desk. Maybe this is a culture shock, as I thought the tip is for the service.

Great place for delicious korean fried chicken, freshly made to order. The kimchi was excellent, while the Bulgogi was less sweet and fruity, than I am used too, it was still very enjoyable and flavorful. The staff was friendly and the kitchen looked very clean. There were enough parking spaces out front. Overall, a great experience!
