La nourriture est excellente et le personnel est super sympathique. Ambiance décontractée. Les nouveaux propriétaires sont très impliqués. Ils prennent les commentaires et suggestions très au sérieux. Je recommande fortement cet endroit pour vos sorties ou repas en amoureux ou encore sortie en famille. Restaurant de quartier, la qualité est à son top niveau. Rien de comparable au grande franchise.
Ce restaurant est victime de sa popularité. L'essayer, c'est l'adopter! Vous tomberez rapidement en amour avec son menu simple et clair.
Quant à ceux qui critiquent ce restaurant pour le temps d'attente ou une erreur, je vous invite en faire part à son propriétaire qui est très à l'écoute et ouvert à de nouvelles suggestions. L'erreur est humaine et on se doit de se mettre dans la peau du personnel pour comprendre que l'équipe travail d'arrache pied et font tout en leur pouvoir pour offrir un repas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

What a disappointment. Every time I come to Quebec I order a poutine with brown sauce from home. The original recipe was so good. What I received yesterday was poorly cooked fries in a clear watery sauce type sauce in a can. I threw it away. Why do you no longer have the original recipe? 🙁

The Pierrot restaurant is an excellent address for a good poutine! 😎 The food is delicious, and the place is very clean, which is always appreciated. We were also delighted with Daphné's service, which was very friendly and efficient. A great experience, worth repeating!

Lots of errors when ordering. Extras are missing from the majority of my orders. I come on average 3 times a week. At the end of time, I take out and I have to go back. It also happened on several occasions that fries were missing from the children's menu (2 strips of chicken). Coming back after coming is boring. I understand being understaffed or otherwise, but I prefer a slower service where I don't have to come back twice for the same order. At most, they do neither take out nor deliver the children's menu while other restaurants do. I am hugely disappointed.
Generally friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. The food is still excellent but there is a lot of work to be done internally.

I'm rewriting my review, since we can't respond to a response. I mentioned that they were wrong in my order. What's more, it was by far the worst Club I've eaten. No bacon, it was practically a chicken and tomato sandwich, but requested without tomato. They then told me that they offered to exchange my sandwich during my visit, which is TOTALLY FALSE. When I spoke to the lady about my problem, she replied that she would talk to the owners about it. I waited 15 minutes, no one, I mean no one came to see me to even deign to apologize. However, I received a judgment. I repeat, no one has offered a solution, you are liars, which indicates that you will be dishonest in the future.
We ordered the excellent lasa but this evening the poutine was good but lacked sauce Yes you will tell me asked for extra but ordered it not possible on it
