One of the best Poutine I've had in Quebec. We tried Poutine Flash Barbeque and Flash Burger (the most popular items on the menu). They both were really good.
We did order an additional Egg Guedille. The Guedille stuffing was from the fridge, and I didn't really like it.
With our meals, they included a complementary small carrot cake bite. It was great. I asked for a complete piece but they didn't have it available. The only desert they had was a poor man's pudding. Which was way too sweet for me.
The overall experience was great, the staff is really nice. It was our first visit and will probably come back.
Don't forget to bring cash!

Flashbourg the king of poutine hahaha!! I ate the worst poutine of my career, in addition to having paid $20 for average and having cut my gums all over your reheated fries, you don't put any cheese, no sauce, you have to go withdraw the money at an ATM which charges fees to pay!!

Good service. Putin very disappointing unfortunately. Little sauce and cheese so, not worth the price in my opinion. A second visit is necessary to better evaluate.
