Excellent chocolat et personnels très sympathiques!

Was good two years ago. But I just bought a box of 12 chocolates from them, and all of them tasted **really** bad. Terrible way to end my Quebec city trip.

They were so bad that I didn't want to eat the last two pieces and contemplated throwing them away. I still downed them anyway because I spent $$$ on them, and was going through the sunk cost fallacy.

I feel sick. They didn't taste like chocolate at all. Hard to pin down the exact flavor. Some unknown chemical X, maybe.

I will not be returning again

If only they were open past 5 pm. In the summer, I'd love to get an ice cream cone there after Supper, but it closes too early for it. Would be an easy 5 stars if it was open later.

Went there specifically for the chocolates, of which they have a large and interesting variety. I had visited other two chocolateries with remarkable products but this one just stood out. In terms of flavor, texture, variety, presentation and quallty, Champagne came out on top. Where the others were great, this one was excellent. I really enjoyed the Pharaon, the Bûchette Caramel and the Perle du Québec. The Litchi deserves a special recommendation: Try it, it's exquisite.
While the shop is not in the most tourist-friendly area (Saint-Roch is somewhat sketchy), a visit here is a must for any true chocolate worshiper.

A saleswoman more busy discussing with her friend about the next Gym program she is going to sign up for rather than paying attention to a customer's order! She charged me for a well-wrapped box of 6 chocolates when I asked for one of 16! Too bad I had already given a tip because she really didn't deserve one for this service! I had to return it to her and she re-invoiced me :-(

We received two boxes of chocolates from Champagne Chocolatier. The chocolates have not been stored properly, they are bleached. So they are not fresh. The exterior of the chocolates has a lumpy texture and is not melting, poor quality chocolate used. The flavors taste a little chemical and don't have any pop. I don't have any pleasure in my mouth. The spaces in the box in which the chocolates are placed are not even adjusted to the size of the chocolates: some do not fit, others are too big and the whole thing moves. The original packaging box isn't even airtight, which explains a lot. In short, unfortunately, I am disappointed and I advise against…

No need to compromise between reasonable prices and high quality products: at Champagne Chocolatier you have both!
